Nestled in Stanwood, Washington, The Gathering Oasis Retreat House is your home away from home for crafting. We have 5 bedrooms, 12 beds (11 twin & 1 queen), 3 bathrooms, a TV room, and central air — perfect for summer crafting!
Our crafting room has 10 five-foot tables, 2 four-foot tables, and 12 chairs — plenty of space to spread out. A fully equipped kitchen and dining table that seats 12. All bedding and towels provided.

The base fee is $150.00 per person for the full weekend (Friday–Sunday, 2 nights). Additional nights may be added at $45 per night per person. The minimum is 8 people. Maximum capacity is 12 people. Maximum capacity is 12 people.
Check-in time is 10:00 am. Check-out time is 4:00 pm.
Payment in full is due 30 days before your retreat. If payment is not received 30 days ahead, a late fee will apply. The hostess is responsible for collecting all monies from her group and submitting one payment.

To reserve your date(s), a signed copy of this form plus a $200 reservation deposit is required. This deposit is held for 1 week post-event as a damage deposit. It will be refunded within one week after your retreat if there are no damages or missing items. You may also opt to apply it toward your next retreat.
More than 60 days notice: Full refund minus a $50 processing fee, or you may apply your deposit to your next booking.
60 days or less notice: Hostess forfeits the $200 deposit.
Less than 30 days notice: Hostess and guests forfeit all payments paid.
Should a reservation be cancelled by us (natural disaster or emergency), your reservation may be transferred to your next booking or refunded in full. If anything happens during your retreat (e.g., windstorm) and you choose to leave, there is no refund.
If you are unable to make your reservation at the last minute as the hostess, please appoint someone else in your group to be hostess in your place.
Meals are the responsibility of the hosting party. There is also a local restaurant nearby. The kitchen is fully equipped. Coffee pot and Keurig available (coffee and pods not included). Two refrigerators — one for the cook, one for guests. All bedding and bath/hand towels provided. Each guest has a 5-foot table, LED desk light with built-in outlets and USB ports, and comfortable office chair. TV room with sectional couch and futon available.
Please advise your guests to bring their own soaps and hygiene products. No food allowed in bedrooms — water only.
By signing below, the hostess and all guests acknowledge and agree: Participation in all activities at The Gathering Oasis is voluntary. The Gathering Oasis, its owners, and staff shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or accident occurring during the retreat. Guests assume all risk associated with their stay and activities on the property.
The hostess is responsible for ensuring all guests abide by the house rules. Any damages to the property are the financial responsibility of the group.
The Gathering Oasis respects your privacy. Information provided will not be shared with others or used for unintended purposes. This is a non-smoking facility. No pets permitted.
This agreement is between the owners of The Gathering Oasis and you (the renter). By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these statements and agree to abide by them during your stay.
